***My family and I want to bring to your attention a recommendation and acknowledgement of our Realtor Karen Pile for her tireless assistance in helping us obtain our new home. She has been a blessing to us and her knowledge of Real Estate was eye opening. When purchasing a home there can be a lot of twists and turns as we experienced. Karen was in constant contact with the Listing Agent as well as us about the status and was continually working on moving the file forward. Our situation did have a few items that required special attention and the Listing Agent was not familiar with the process and where to obtain the needed information. Karen made several calls to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and talked to the supervisor to inquire about how to create a a title to a home that the owner had no title to and the Listing Agent had completely given up hope on obtaining. She was persistent and creative and positive minded and she consistently worked with the Listing Agent to assist him and the owner with getting the home registered with the state and with tying the home and the land together to make it real property which is necessary for title policy purposes and for the title transfer to us. She went the extra mile several times to take care us. The closing went very smoothly at the Title office and we are now proud owners of a new home and land that we love very much. We highly recommend Karen to anyone who is in the market to sell or purchase Real Estate.
